I have been doing Yoga Nidra for a year and TM style meditation two years before that. I find this technique simpler, and more applicable thru-out the day. Since you can use Open focus with your eyes open you can use the technique at your desk. Open Focus is what I do when I can’t dedicate time for a Yoga Nidra session. The results are very similar. Less Stress, More Alert, More Energetic. What more could you ask?
