Harold Berman, Open Focus Practitioner, Israel

Two things I wanted to share: First, my wife had had a lot of eye tension which was causing strain. After working with her with Open Focus a few times over the past week, that tension has largely dissolved. In the meantime, she has started using Open Focus with her voice students (I think I mentioned she is a singer and voice teacher). She has now used Open Focus with a few students who have had chronic tongue tension issues (a common problem for singers). She started asking them to imagine the space that their tongue occupies and the tension, in every case, vanished immediately. The students now have to internalize it so they can use it on an ongoing basis while they are singing. But they’ve now all experienced being able to remove their tongue tension in a way they never could before.
